Our minds are very powerful and contain lots of information, that sometimes it can be overwhelming.
Mindfulness is a great tool for helping self to detox, the busy head.

Sleep disturbance can affect our daily lives, there are lots of factors that can contribute to insomnia. 

Pain is one of the main things that we have to ease during sleep time.

As before the mind can be the main factor in sleeplessness. 

By channeling our focus upon the mind, it can send rested and happy signals to the body.

 

 

 

Bringing the thoughts back, to stop them drifting into 'conversations', can be helped with a mindful meditation.
Perhaps taking self into the country, or a seaside escape, could promote a dreamy state, that can aid relaxation.
